Topic: Dealing with boundaries

Boundaries in bouldering: strength, endurance (physically), motivation, frustration tolerance, concentration, confidence (psychologically).

Horse metaphor: Knowing one’s own boundaries is important to gain more insight into what one can do – underestimation: not reaching goals, barriers, not daring to do something; overestimation: overwhelm, fear, exhaustion, pain, disappointment, frustration.
