Goal of the day

Reflecting one’s own pattern of relating, recognise own behavioural patterns, foster social skills (communication, cooperation), experience positive consequences of social interaction, perceiving the other, body sensation.

Maintaining relationships requires: balance of giving and taking, communication and cooperation; being able to change perspective and mind boundaries.
